Vindico welcomes Dan Keane as the brand’s new project manager

Vindico is gearing up for even greater heights, and having Dan on our team will help us deliver even more excellence as we prepare to reach new milestones in our tenth year of innovation.

Dan brings with him a wealth of experience from his impressive career at Swansea University’s School of Management, where he honed his skills in leadership, project management, strategic growth, cultural development, and corporate social responsibility.

Before his stint in higher education, Dan spent a decade serving in the military, shaping him into a resilient and adaptable leader. His diverse background provides him with a unique perspective and a robust skillset that’s perfectly suited for his new role with us at Vindico.

Dan’s appointment comes as we celebrate our 10-year milestone. Over the past decade, we’ve experienced remarkable growth, defying challenges to achieve year-on-year, recession-proof, pandemic-proof expansion.

As Vindico’s new Project Manager, Dan will be responsible for overseeing our processes, procedures, and governance structures to ensure smooth project delivery. He will also work closely with the Senior Management team – including Jo, Ry, Rob, and Rhys – to ensure that Vindico has the necessary resources to excel and continues to meet its strategic and operational objectives.

“Over the years, I have kept in touch with Jo and have been impressed by Vindico’s consistent growth and the diverse range of projects,” said Dan.

“The company’s momentum, and the impact of their work, made this an exciting opportunity that I eagerly wanted to be a part of. I’m now looking forward to bringing my unique background and skillset and contributing to Vindico’s future success.”

Ryan Griffiths, Vindico’s Technical Director, shares the enthusiasm about Dan’s addition to the team.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dan Keane to the Vindico family,” says Ry.

“His extensive experience and proven track record in project management, coupled with his exceptional leadership abilities, make him an invaluable addition as we continue our journey of growth and innovation.”

Dan’s got a big job ahead of him – and is eager to get stuck in. But what will be helping him to excel every day?

“I’ve already outed myself as a Jaffa Cale addict at Vindico HQ, so it’s that on the snack front.  This coupled with about 4 black coffees before one o’clock (don’t tell my wife!) normally sets me up and keeps me going!”

At Vindico, we’re renowned for hiring based on unique experiences and skillsets, often seeking talent from outside the tech space to foster a diverse and innovative culture. And Dan’s appointment underscores our dedication to this principle.

As we prepare for an even bigger period of growth this year, we’re actively on the hunt to expand our diverse team. If you think you have the talent or skillset that translates into the tech and innovation space, you can get in touch with us here, or by emailing us at hello@vindico.net.
