Vindico’s CEO, Jo Polson, has been shortlisted for two tech awards.

Jo Polson is known for being a tech trailblazer and, alongside CTO Ryan Griffiths, he’s been the driving force behind Vindico since day one. Now his efforts have been recognised again with two tech awards nominations.

First up, Jo has been shortlisted for Technology Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2024 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards. Dubbed the Grammys of Entrepreneurship, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards has been celebrating the stories of exceptional entrepreneurs for over a decade. And this year, Jo’s Vindico story is one of them.

Jo has also been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2024 Entreconf Awards, while Vindico is also in the running for tTech Company of the Year.

It’s easy to say that someone lives and breathes what they do, but this is literally the case for Jo.

Whether he’s driving the development team to innovate and iterate new tech, or versions of that tech, or on the hunt for new talent to give Vindico’s ideas an edge – Jo is switched on to tech 24/7.

Jo has been instrumental in establishing Vindico’s company culture – which is inclusive, immersive, innovative, and encourages autonomous thinking. It’s a culture that people want to be part of, and one that creates game-changing tech – including our brand new SWAPP 3.0 – that’s helped Vindico solidify its position as a frontrunner in the UK tech sector.

We may have “grown up” in business a lot since we launched 10 years ago, but we remain committed to our original mission – to Think Purple.

It means always asking better questions to deliver better outcomes.

And it’s not just a catchy slogan.

It’s a guiding principle that informs everything we do at Vindico. And we continue to use this to create simpler, better tech and innovations that lead to simpler, better business.

No business is immune to challenges, but our Think Purple mission has helped us grow to the team we are today, and our tech is helping our clients do the same.

Jo’s latest tech award nominations follow the unveiling of our latest technology, SWAPP 3.0 – our game-changing technology for stadiums and venues that’s been developed entirely by Vindico’s in-house development teams, led by both Jo and Ryan.

And they serve to emphasise the impact of our exceptional leadership and talented tech team here at Vindico.
