Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Partnerships. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for growing and building engagement in our newly updated SWAPP platform.

The role is to build business relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth specifically within the Venue, Stadia, Festival sector. Additionally, the role involves effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. While the office is located in Cardiff there is no Geographical limit to applicants, there will be regular UK wide travel.

Ideally someone who is interested in and has experience in sports, venues and stadia, the role will require sole working and UK travel, but you will have a direct line manager and team of Developers around you to support the success of this role out.

This role is ideally suited to those with sports/stadium/venue experience.

Essential Criteria:
  • Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships skills

  • Analytical Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to get in front of the right stakeholders 

  • Experience in business development and negotiation

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus

  • Experience in Sports/venues/stadiums/Hospitality is a must

  • Experience in closing multi year deals

What you get:
  • Up to £40k base - rising to £45k after 6 months and successful completion of probationary period

  • Bonus of 5% of sales after £120k revenue

  • Additional 2% bonus with growth of client base to £250k

  • Car Allowance £300 a month
